I had a very nice stay at Jonrad Hotel. The location was perfect, right next to a mall, taxi station, and subway. The reception staff and maids were helpful and polite. The rooms were nice and clean, and the air conditioning worked great. The hotel also had wifi available throughout the entire area.

The staff, especially Ms Noreena and the manager, were excellent. The hotel issuper clean and cozy, with a variety of breakfast options. The location is convenient, close to the metro station and a mall with a cinema. The rooftop swimming pool is well-maintained.

We stayed at a hotel located just next to Union Metro station, making it incredibly convenient for traveling around. The location was also close to the airport, which was a plus. The room was clean and had a comfortable bed, providing a cozy stay for our family with 2 small kids. The friendly service added to the overall positive experience, and we appreciated the helpfulness of the staff.
The breakfast options were limited and could be improved to cater to different preferences.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this hotel. the location is ideal as it is right next to Union Metro station, making it easy to explore the city. Secondly, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Additionally, the value for money was excellent, with a free breakfast included. Lastly, the rooms were well-equipped with basic amenities and the attention to detail was noticeable.
All aspects of my stay were satisfactory.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff, especially the lady at the reception, was friendly and helpful. They even remembered my name and made me feel very welcome. The hotel is also very clean and the location couldn't be better. It's just a few steps away from the metro station, making it convenient for sightseeing and shopping. There are also plenty of restaurants and a supermarket nearby. it's a fantastic value for the money.
